Meet the Team
Nicola Howlett
Creative Director
Nicola started out as Producer, turned Production Manager in Radio and overseas broadcasting. After a few years, she made the switch to TV Production, before finally returning to her Producer roots.

Nicola has worked on popular global formats and tackled tricky documentaries, but her passion lies in development and this is where you can witness her overly enthusiastic dedication for entertainment.
Neil Wilmer
Creative Director
Neil has Produced, Directed and Edited for global flagship series, alongside his work in the commercial sector. Neil has also branched out into the witty world of corporate media and podcasts

He is full of energy and ideas - a visionary that is driven to turn concepts into realities.
Tom Cross
Production Manager
Tom is the Production man with plenty of charisma. He brings an energy like no other, as an encouraging leader, who runs a tight ship. Over the years he's worked with an array of TV royalty - Prue Leith, Tess Daley, Coldplay, Jools Holland to actual royalty with Prince Charles.

But for Pickled Pictures he reigns as both the Joker and the King.
Liz Cooney
Series Producer
Originally from Ohio, Liz came over to the UK over fifteen years ago and has been working in the industry ever since. She specialises in live, entertainment, development and social media.
​
Liz has been the brains behind some of TV's greatest challenges and loves pushing for bigger and better. Unapologetically creative, Liz is a leader Pickled Pictures is proud to have on board.
Chris Hayes
Director of Photography
Chris's work as a DOP takes him up and down the country and jet setting overseas to work across some of the nation's favourite programmes. He also works in live sport, commercials and branded content.

Calm, collected and always cheery- Chris has an eye for detail that is unparalleled and his work ... is simply beautiful.
